Fees and Charges

Virturo is transparent about fees, and any applicable costs are outlined in the Fee Schedule available on the platform. Users are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their bank or payment service provider. Virturo itself does not charge withdrawal fees and does not impose hidden charges.

Virturo complies with GDPR to protect user data. The platform processes personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy and retains data only as necessary under regulatory obligations. Users are informed that crypto-assets may not be regulated under the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and may lack certain consumer protections. Virturo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or platform notifications, with at least 30 days' notice when practicable. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Force Majeure

Virturo is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, or market suspensions. These events may impact the availability and functionality of the platform.

Once your request is received, Virturo will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days, unless legal or regulatory obligations require data retention.
